Open Educational Resources infoKit - a comprehensive look at OER for beginners, Senior Managers through to advanced users written by those involved in the HEA/Jisc-funded UKOER Programme.
OER Policy Registry - a database of current and proposed open education policies from around the world and compiled by Creative Commons.
Open Education Handbook 2014 - a comprehensive guide to Open Education with a detailed chapter dedicated to Open Educational Resources. Very useful for beginners as well any one needing to dip in to refresh or update their knowledge on specific topics. It has been developed under the direction of the Open Knowledge Foundation as part of the LinkedUp Project.
Open Education Professional Directory - provides a searchable index of experienced professionals in open education, giving a quick overview of the professional's area of expertise. It is part of the Open Education Consortium.

Xpert This is a useful tool which allows you to upload an image and add a CC licence to the image. You can then download this image with the information. So it can save you time by not having to manually add the attribution information yourself. Especially if you are likely to use the image again and again.
